1. Platform Description

Financelyz ("the Platform", "we", "us") is a web-based financial data and analysis platform powered by artificial intelligence. The Platform provides market data, technical indicators, AI-generated analysis, portfolio tracking tools, and other financial information services.

The Platform is operated as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product. By accessing or using Financelyz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. No Financial Advice Disclaimer

All information, analysis, data, and AI-generated content provided through Financelyz is strictly for informational and educational purposes. The Platform does not:

• Provide personalized investment advice
• Recommend the purchase or sale of any security
• Act as a registered investment advisor, broker, or financial planner
• Guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data

Market data may be delayed. AI analysis is generated automatically and may contain errors. You acknowledge that financial markets involve significant risk of loss.

3. User Responsibilities

By using Financelyz, you agree to:

• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to scrape, copy, or redistribute data at scale
• Not share your account credentials with third parties
• Not use the Platform to manipulate markets or engage in fraudulent activity
• Be solely responsible for your own investment decisions
• Maintain the security of your account password
• Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)

4. Data Usage

Market data is sourced from third-party providers including Yahoo Finance and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC/EDGAR). We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of this data.

Your portfolio holdings, watchlist, chat history, and account data are stored securely in our database (Supabase). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your personal data.

5. Brokerage Connections (SnapTrade) — Read-Only, No Trading Authority

Financelyz optionally allows you to connect a brokerage account through SnapTrade, a third-party financial data aggregator, to automatically sync your holdings into the Platform.

• This connection is READ-ONLY. Financelyz and SnapTrade are never granted, and never request, permission to place trades, transfer funds, or otherwise act on your brokerage account
• You may disconnect at any time from the Strategy tab, which immediately revokes access and deletes the synced holdings
• We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data synced from your brokerage — see Section 2 (No Financial Advice Disclaimer)
• By connecting a brokerage account, you also agree to SnapTrade's own terms of use

6. Subscription Terms (Stripe)

Financelyz offers both a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these Terms.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We do not store your credit card details — all payment data is handled by Stripe
• We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new Pro subscribers
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice to subscribers

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FT-V5 AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
